What we collect

When you create a RealArb account or use our free tools at realarb.com/tools/, we collect your email address, name, and the marketplace credentials you choose to link (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). We collect product and order data from those marketplaces to operate the service.

How we use it

To list products on your marketplace accounts and sync inventory + pricing
To send transactional emails (order updates, invoices) and occasional product updates
To improve our retailer-scanning and sourcing recommendations

Third parties

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and Google Ads tags to measure ad performance. We do not sell your personal data. Marketplace credentials are stored encrypted and used only to operate listings on your behalf.

Your rights

Email support@realarb.com to request data export, account deletion, or to opt out of marketing communications. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and to support advertising attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; the dashboard requires cookies to function.
